Founded in 2013, CoAspire® is a Trusted Federal Partner® and a successful prime contractor and subcontractor to the U.S. Government. We are developing new missile products like the RAACM Cruise Missile under contract with the DoW and other products and services in the defense and aerospace market.

CoAspire is a prime missile contractor to the US Air Force, building variants of its Rapidly Adaptable Affordable Cruise Missile (RAACM). CoAspire specializes in affordable mass, air-launched cruise missiles that can travel hundreds of miles and strike targets accurately under demanding battlefield conditions.

One variant of the RAACM is for Ukraine under a US Air Force Foreign Military Sale program. It is called the Extended Range Attack Munition (ERAM). This missile is entering full rate production this year at CoAspire's facility in Manassas, Virginia.

CoAspire designed, built and flew RAACM off a tactical jet aircraft in four months, breaking all known records for air-launched weapon development. CoAspire's ERAM is additively manufactured, allowing for rapid prototyping and the development of variants quickly and affordably.

CoAspire's RAACM variants can provide long range, affordable mass strike weapon solutions for the F-16, F/A-18, F-35A/B/C, F-15E/X, B-2, B-52, MQ-9 and any US or international fighter or bomber or RPA that can deliver a GBU-38/32/31 or other comparable Precision Guided Munitions (PGMs).

CoAspire is developing surface-launched variants of RAACM and affordable counter-air weapons. CoAspire is disrupting the missile business and providing much needed weapons quickly, affordably and at scale to support the US Air Force, the DoW and our allies.

CoAspire’s story starts as a services, government relations and consulting business that provided revenue allowing the two founders and owners to “bootstrap” the company.

This allowed CoAspire to attract the engineering talent needed to disrupt the missile industry by rapidly providing affordable air, sea and ground-launched missiles to help deter threats to the United States and its allies.

CoAspire has been profitable every year and has not accepted any outside investors or funding, allowing the company to be decisive, take smart risks, move quickly and fly missiles within a few months of contract award. 

There are key engineers, employees, customers and companies like PTC Inc., and the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, Boeing, and Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control who were instrumental in CoAspire’s growth.

CoAspire is one of the rare companies who has successfully transitioned a $50K SBIR Phase I concept and pivoted it into a missile product family with hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue.

Individuals at the DoW, including OUSW R&E, USAF HAF, AFLCMC/EBI, EBZ, SAF/IA, AFRL RW, and the Naval Aviation Enterprise were instrumental in CoAspire’s growth. The action officers, the PMAs, SPOs, and PEOs took a big risk by contracting with CoAspire as new missile entrants. They will never be forgotten along with the amazing engineers and employees who decided to join CoAspire and do things differently.
