CoAspire publicly supports hiring current, transitioning, active duty, guard and reserve, spouses and veterans.

Of CoAspire’s current 33 employees and consultants, we have 22 who are either an active duty military spouse, one reservists’ military spouse, one veteran’s military spouse, multiple service members of the Air National Guard, and the rest veterans. Over 2/3rds of CoAspire’s workforce are current or former servicemembers or spouses, beating our public goal of 25% by a wide margin.
